Former softball coach charged with felony

A former coach at Northwestern Oklahoma State University has been charged with one felony and one misdemeanor in Woods County. Charles Phillip Zeilman, 48, of Alva was charged Feb. 24 with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a felony. This crime is punishable by a fine of $500 to $5,000 or imprisonment for one to five years or both. He is also charged with a misdemeanor of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor, which is punishable by a fine of up to $1,000 and imprisonment for 10 days to one year.
