Minor backing collision at library

A minor collision occurred on Tuesday, March 7, in Alva when a vehicle backing from a parking space struck another parked vehicle. In incident occurred at 3:45 p.m. at 504 Seventh St. in front of the Alva Public Library.
Jack Louthan, 18, of Alva was backing a 2007 red Toyota from a parking space when he struck an adjacent 2003 Buick. Louthan drove around and parked on the north side of the library. He then went inside to locate the driver, Mary Ann Risinger, 70, of Alva.
Alva Police Officer Timothy Clapp filed the collision report....
