Carmen resident dies from injuries after wreck

Two Carmen men were injured, one fatally, in a one-vehicle wreck on Tuesday, March 14. Robert Cunningham II, 32, was pronounced dead on Thursday, March 23, at 3:38 p.m. at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas.
The driver of the vehicle, Treston Tisdale, 19, also of Carmen, is facing charges in Alfalfa County.
The wreck occurred about 7 p.m. on Grant Road, 0.4 miles west of County Road 570. The location is approximately four miles west and one mile south of Cherokee in Alfalfa County.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the men were in a 1998 Toyota 4Runner that was eastbound on Grant...
