Alva City Councilmember Steve Valencia attended his final meeting Monday, March 20. Valencia chose not to file again for the Ward 4 Seat 1 position. Brian Wallis will replace him on the council next month. Before the meeting began, Valencia commented that he appreciated the totally unexpected opportunity to talk about rabbits at a council meeting.
