The Red Hat ladies are still active and going as they met at El Maya for their monthly meeting in March. They enjoyed their meal and were visiting when a gentleman came over to the table and said what a group of lovely ladies he wanted to meet and talk with. He gave each lady a beautiful cross he made out of nails. He told us we could wear it as a necklace or put it on a keychain. His name: Gary Gerber. Frieda Graves remembered him as a delivery salesman. They had a good visit as she worked at the college at this time years ago.
