Carlson Stewart is the owner of ATV Rentals in Waynoka and helps his son run Stewart Sandsports in Waynoka. He moved to Waynoka in 2004 from a town with a population of 150,000 in which he was a city councilman and was active on several boards there.
"I bring with me some expertise or knowledge about how things are supposed to work, or how things really do work, or should," he said.
