Leo Brown, agency chaplain/volunteer coordinator, spoke to the Oklahoma Department of Corrections (ODOC) Board as he honored Dr. Chuck Gasaway as ODOC Volunteer of the Year. Brown timed the presentation because April 23-29 is National Volunteer Week.

Brown said, "The Oklahoma Department of Corrections has over three-thousand volunteers, and they are making a difference every day. They are helping those who are incarcerated with religious services and Bible-based character programs, along with numerous activities program, along with reentry resources.
