Another shutout for Hagood as OC downs Jets to take series

WICHITA, Kan. (April 1, 2017) – For the second time in less than 24 hours, Oklahoma Christian pitcher Madison Hagood dominated Newman (Kan.) on Saturday morning.
Hagood threw her second straight four-hit shutout against the Jets, leading OC to a 3-0 win at the NU Softball Field and giving the Lady Eagles a Heartland Conference series win.
OC (23-16, 6-3 Heartland) moved into a third-place tie with St. Edward's (Texas) in the league standings, one game behind second-place Texas A&M International.
