DURANT, Okla. – Hayden Grimes tossed a complete game and the Southeastern offense blew up for seven runs in the fifth inning en route to an 11-1 run-rule victory over Harding to sweep the series on Saturday afternoon at The Ballpark in Durant.
The wins lift the Savage Storm to 9-19-1 overall and 8-11 in Great American Conference play and lifting them to seventh in the conference standings.
Cade Clay and Jake Perez each collected a pair of hits, while Hunter Harrison, Brett Akins, Micah Simmer and Luke Thomas added one each.
