The Alva Arena Authority met Tuesday noon at the Alva State Bank Annex. After a call to order and determination of a quorum, Darrell Kline was seated as a new member of the authority. He replaces the late Jim Holder.
The authority next entered into an executive session during which they discussed many things. Items on the list to be discussed included economic development, including the financing, structuring, collaboration or creation of a proposal to entice a business/company/project to remain, expand or locate within Woods County.
