Kiowa's City Council held their regular April meeting Monday night that lasted nearly two-and-a-half hours with a full agenda. That was before three executive sessions that lasted another hour and a half.

After the third executive session that lasted about 20 minutes, Kiowa City Administrator Lou Leone said that Kiowa's City Council approved the settlement with Alfalfa Electric Cooperative (AEC). That settlement is pending the AEC board's final signature, Leone said.
