After stepping through routine agenda items such as the roll call and approved of minutes, the Woods County commissioners paid their warrants and claims and accepted the monthly reports from the court clerk, election board and sheriff's office.
Right of way costs were approved for the Winchester Bridge project in the amount of $78,000.
The only other item was a brief report by Commissioner John Smiley that Waynoka voters approved opening up their streets to the use of sand buggies and similar recreational vehicles. They cannot drive on the highways, but they can cross highways at 90 degree...
