Wednesday morning devotions are at 10 a.m. at the Sweet Shop on Main Street. Bible study is Wednesday evening at 6:30 p.m. Bible study is opened to anyone who wishes to participate. We are starting a new study on Revelation. No meal will be served. Coffee, tea and water will be available.
This Thursday evening, April 13, Freedom UMC is serving a Seder (Passover) meal beginning at 6:30p.m. Pastor Woody will conduct the Seder service. If you would like to join us as we celebrate the Seder and establishment of Holy Communion by Our Lord, Jesus, please contact a member of the church or there is a sign-up sheet in the foyer of the church or a sign-up sheet at the Christian Church. We need to know how many to plan for the meal.
On Easter Sunday, there will be a sunrise service at 6:45 a.m. on the bluffs south of town. Go across the bridge and watch for signs to direct you to the service. Following the sunrise service, breakfast will be served at the Christian Church.
There will be no Sunday School at Freedom UMC. Easter Church services will be held at Freedom UMC and the Christian Church beginning at 11 a.m. Please plan to attend a service at one of the services and join us in celebrating the Resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, the Messiah.
Everyone is invited to attend our Sunday services at 11 a.m. Sunday School starts at 10 a.m. Please come join us as we worship the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
