There are ten sensational sixth grade students this year at Burlington. Some of their favorite activities are reading, basketball, fishing and hunting. Their favorite subjects are math and science.

The students went swimming this year on an Accelerated Reader (AR) trip. They also enjoy Fun Fridays. Fun Fridays are a reward for the students who read their books and get their AR points. Rewards include getting treats, another recess or watching a movie.

Mrs. Kern described her students as extremely fun bundles of joy that are very kind hearted. The sixth grade students are looking forward to the Seiling Music Festival, Tri-State, Spring Music Program, end of the school field trip, and summer break.
