Harding Women's Tennis Sweeps Singles to Defeat UAFS, 7-2

FORT SMITH, Ark. – Harding women's tennis won only one doubles match but had no trouble once singles started Wednesday in a 7-2 victory over UAFS at the Fort Smith Athletic Club.

Harding won for the fifth time in its last six matches and for the ninth time in its last 11. The Lady Bisons improved to 13-5 overall. UAFS fell to 4-13. Harding won the first meeting between the teams 5-4 on Feb. 25 in Searcy.

Harding's lone singles win came at No. 1, where Laura Golubic and Piper Huey continue to roll. The duo has won 11 straight matches and is 19-4 this season. They have won 14 times in 17 matches...
