Fire Marshal Bryan Miller tells of egg hunt

Alva Assistant Fire Chief and Fire Marshal Bryan Miller told, on an Alva Review-Courier video, that the fire department and some helpers prepared 10,000 plastic Easter eggs for the hunt this year, with over 200 prizes in each age group.

"We gave away five bicycles and five Easter goody baskets, one of each for the five age groups. Also, something new this year was one-ounce solid silver coins. We gave away two of those for each age group," Miller said.

"Since we took this over nine years ago, we've increased it 100 percent on the eggs giving out. We try to make it better and better each year,"...
