Suspect hides in attic to avoid officers

Several Alva police officers went to a duplex on Hart Street Saturday, April 8, where the original call about an aggressive dog ended with convincing a man to come out of an attic.
The incident started about 6:20 p.m. when Woods County dispatch received a call about an aggressive dog near the Aspen Apartments. Officers Kyle Fuller, Keith Dale and Tim Clapp arrived in the area a few minutes later.
