Share Medical has second straight month of profits

All three entities of the Alva Hospital Authority showed a profit for March. The gross patient revenue was $2,253,186, which was a $32,428 increase compared to the prior month. The changes in gross patient revenue was as follows: hospital decreased by $9,949; the nursing home increased by $52,640; and The Homestead decreased by $10,262. Total patient days for March were 159 compared to 237 in February.
Total clinic office visits for March were 1,551 compared to 1,865 in February. Nursing home average daily census for March was 51.4 compared to 50.0 in February.
