Byron Del Rittenhouse, 35, Waynoka: Defendant plead guilty on March 8, 2017, to furnishing alcoholic beverage to a person under 21 in case CF-2015-91. Defendant was sentenced to term of 13 years imprisonment with all except the first three years suspended under the custody and control of Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $2,114.12.

Savannah Kae Johnson, 24, Alva: Defendant plead guilty on March 7, 2017, to two counts of child neglect in case CF-16-144. Defendant was sentenced to term of 5 years for each count, under custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $7,760.98.

Felicia Kathleen Ducummon, 40, Alva: Defendant plead guilty on March 7, 2017, to possession of controlled dangerous substance (meth) in case CF-16-147. Defendant was sentenced to term 5 years under the custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $5,985.83.

Bryon Del Rittenhouse, 35, Waynoka: Defendant plead guilty on March 9, 2017, to driving a motor vehicle while license is under suspension and obstructing officer in case CM-15-152. Defendant was sentenced to a term of one year for each count under the custody and control of the Woods County Sheriff. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $988.20.

Linda Elaine Kopisch, 36, Alva: Defendant pled guilty on March 22, 2017, to assault and battery in case CM-14-338. Defendant was sentence one year in custody. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $1,012.27.

The defendant pled nolo contendere in CM-2017-50 and sentenced to five year deferred sentence, and it is in the best interest of justice that this case be dismissed. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $442.30.

Jonathan Michel Craft, 28, Shattuck: Defend had been charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon or imitation firearm in case CF-16-109. Witness deceased, said dismissal will best serve the ends of justice upon payment of cost and assessments. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $1,087.15.
