Softball Splits with SNU on Senior Day

ADA – On a day designed to honor the four East Central University softball team seniors, the Tigers split the double-header with Southern Nazarene at Tiger Field. ECU claimed game one 2-0 before falling 3-5 in the night cap.

The Tigers (26-23, 17-20 GAC) saw four players hit over .400 for the day, with junior Alissa Taylor and sophomore Madison Thompson each hitting .500. Taylor tallied three hits, a run and an RBI, while Thompson added a hit and two RBIs.
Senior Kelbie Crelia picked up the shutout win in the opener, allowing five hits and striking out two.
