Tigers split doubleheader on Senior Day

ARKADELPHIA, Ark. - The Ouachita Tigers' softball team improved to 19-31 overall and 13-25 in conference play after splitting a doubleheader with Southwestern Oklahoma State. The Tigers took game one by a score of 2-1 and fell in game two, 4-2. Seniors Daniella Brantley and Macy Nantz were honored in a special ceremony between games.

Marissa Butler got the start in game one and delivered a gem. She held Southwestern Oklahoma State to just two hits while striking out seven batters and walking none. Her victory was her ninth win and eighth complete game this season. The Bulldogs took an early 1-...
