Patricia “Pat” Ann Jones Graves, 82, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away on April 12, 2017 in Medicine Lodge, Kansas, surrounded by family. She was born May 4, 1934, the daughter of Leo Augustine Jones and Margaret Elizabeth Brockman Jones.
