You can only imagine the zany Pioneer Days skit when it goes "Back to the Future" with a mechanical cowboy. No surprise Donna Williams created the fun. She was instrumental in beginning the Kiowa Characters group some 25 years ago that traveled throughout the area to promote Kiowa's Centennial Celebration for the Opening of the Land Run in 1993. Participants dressed in period clothing and performed animated skits to promote the celebration wherever they traveled.
