CLEO SPRINGS – A celebration of life potluck dinner will be Saturday, May 6, 2017, at 4 p.m. at Cleo Springs Camp House. Bring your favorite dish and share your memories of Rick. Rick was born on January 18, 1951, in Woodward to Garnett Failes and Georgia Schweizer Failes and passed from this life on April 26, 2017, at his home in Cleo Springs.
