The Kiowa District Hospital (KDH) Board of Directors met for their monthly meeting April 20 with members present including: President Brenna May, Jeff Miller, Jim Parker and Chantae Simpson. Member Pat Myers was absent.
Now that KDH has entered a management service agreement with Cohesive Healthcare as previously reported, Cohesive President/Founder Godwin Feh attended the meeting along with Cohesive Director of Provider Relations Michelle Brown and Director of IT and HIPAA Security Craig Peter.
