The Alva Middle School will host another Taste a Book event on May 8. This time, the event will take place in the school's gymnasium.

This is the second Taste a Book the school has hosted, with the first event taking place in January of this year. Taste a Book incorporates fun, interactive learning, food and age-appropriate books.

The event will be the same, but with a twist. The previous event's audience was the middle school's seventh and eighth graders, but the audience size is going to be increased this time – with the entire Alva Public School System's elementary students. The gymnasium w...
