Reddies drop opening game of GAC Tournament to SAU, 7-2

Henderson State out-hit Southern Arkansas, but the Lady Muleriders used a big third inning to to break open a close game and defeat the Reddies 7-2 in the opening game of the Great American Conference Tournament for both teams.
The Reddies jumped on SAU early when back-to-back singles from Courtney Warren and Selena Mendoza gave HSU two baserunners and Keirsten Seahorn doubled to score Warren, giving Henderson the 1-0 lead.
SAU responded quickly in the bottom half of the inning, taking the lead by plating two runs, which were aided by two Reddies errors and a wild pitch, to retake a 2-1 lead....
