Woods County OHCE prepares for OHCE Week celebrations

 

Woods County OHCE is selling raffle tickets to win this beautiful star-patterned quilt. Proceeds will fund local community service projects.

For the better part of a century, Oklahoma Home and Community Education, Inc., has been dedicated to improving the quality of life of all Oklahomans.

The organization's continued service to the residents and communities in Woods County will be celebrated May 7-13 during OHCE Week.

In Woods County, OHCE groups participate in many community service activities, such as backpack projects, volunteering at the Cherokee Strip Museum and the Quilt of Valor project, to name only a few. In addition, groups award scholarships to graduating high school seniors.
