According to the affidavits and petitions on file, the following individuals have been charged. An individual is innocent of any charges listed below until proven guilty in a court of law. All information is a matter of public record and may be obtained by anyone during regular hours at the Alfalfa County Courthouse. Misdemeanor Filings

Samuel Scott Kraft, 27, Shattuck, has been charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia ($525.50).

James Craig Patterson, 45, Cherokee, has been charged with tampering with utilities ($262.75).

Jared Allen Flores, 37, Kiowa, Kansas, has been charged with DUI ($837.75).

Small Claims Filings

Timberlake Public Schools, Helena vs. Joshua John Green and Sarah Elizabeth Green, both of Nash: small claims ($108).

Kay A. Diel and Reggie Diel, both of Cherokee vs. Oklahoma Tax Commission, Oklahoma City: lost title ($68).

Protective Order Filings

Remy Alexander Trammell vs. Devyn Raye Eilander, Cherokee: protective order ($223).

Traffic Filings

The following individuals were cited for speeding:

Bryant J. Gingrich, Alva, has been cited for speeding 1-10 mph over the speed limit ($210.75).

Alanna Kay Morris, Goltry, has bee cited for speeding 26-30 mph over the speed limit ($365.25).

Dawson Rayne Tidaback, Mustang, has been cited for speeding 15 mph over the speed limit ($250.25).

Carlis Duane Haney, Conway, Arkansas, has been cited for speeding 15 mph over the speed limit ($250.25).

The following individuals were cited for failure to wear seatbelt ($20):

Shanell M. Eymer, Cherokee; Dylan Dean Mason, Des Moines, Iowa; Bryan Lynn Douglas, Ringwood; and Christopher Burney York, Cherokee.
