Woods County commissioners proclaim OHCE Week

At their regular Monday meeting, four women representing the Oklahoma Home and Community Education clubs asked the Woods County commissioners to proclaim May 7–13 as OHCE week in Woods County. Commissioner Randy McMurphy read a proclamation describing the positive impact the clubs have brought in Woods County. The four women – Susan Holiday, Joanne Prewett, April Decker and Carolyn Gasaway – also received permission to display 1930s era quilts in the courthouse lobby on May 10.
