Woods County 4-H'ers compete in NW District Trap Contest

 

Woods County Northwest District 4-H Trap Shoot 2017: Intermediate third-place winner Tim Wilcox receives his award from Garfield County OSU Extension Educator Jessica Nickels.

Nine Woods County 4-H shooting sports members competed in the Northwest District 4-H Trap Shoot Contest on May 6 at the Enid Gun Club. Lance Bolar placed fourth in the senior division and Tim Wilcox placed third in the intermediate division. Other participants included juniors Drake Brady, Rustin Cook, Thomas Matthes and Kooper Rich. Also participating were seniors Myles Nixon, Iridian Herrara and Joseph Morril.

The 4-H'ers have been practicing weekly, but this was the final event this season.
