Freedom school board accepts faculty resignations

Four of the five members of the Freedom school board attended the regular meeting on Monday, May 15. Russell Reed was the only member absent.
After approving minutes for three previous meeting, and encumbrances for the General, Building and Child Nutrition funds, the board voted to enter executive session five minutes after they started.
About an hour later, the board returned to open session and accepted the resignation of Lauren Blubaugh and Donna Fearing. They took no action on hiring a principal.
