This cloud photo was taken about 5:45 p.m. at the Alva airport. The water tower is in the foreground and the Noel elevator is in the distance. The wind direction on the ground was from the northeast, while another layer of cloud a thousand feet above was moving to the northeast. No twisting of clouds was observed.
