Justin Neil Kincade, 23, Waynoka, has been charged with domestic abuse – assault and battery in the presence of a minor child and obstructing an officer ($525.50).

Kolten Edward McMains, Duke, has been cited for transporting an open container beer ($360.25).

Martin Rafael-Garcia, Wichita, Kansas, has been cited for operating motor vehicle without valid drivers license ($280.25).

Triston John Gluth, Alva, has been cited for failure to pay taxes due state ($235.25).
