Clint Erikson returns to teach at South Barber School

South Barber's Board of Education held a special meeting the morning of May 18 to discuss non-elected personnel and student issues in executive session.

Upon return to open session, the board voted to hire Clint Erikson as a middle school math teacher. Erikson previously taught science and coached track at South Barber in the approximate timeframe of 2001 to 2010. Superintendent Dr. Andi Williams said Erikson replaces Mary Ann Gillig, who is retiring.

The board also approved to open a half-time certified position to support the large first-grade class next year.
