Travis Manning Provost of Virginia Beach, Virginia, passed from this life on June 3, 2017, after a valiant battle with colon cancer. He was born February 15, 1967, in Stillwater, to Joy Hadwiger and Jerry Provost.

He attended Casady School in Oklahoma City, graduating in May 1985. After high school Travis attended Arizona State University, graduating in August 1989 with a bachelor of arts in political science. He received a master of business administration degree from Boston University in 2000.
