Chairman Morris: It's 4 o'clock, so call this meeting to order. Please record the members present.
Clerk Dauphin: Wilson, Simmons (Here), Babcock (Here), Reed, Morris (Here).
Chairman Morris: Item 2 is to discuss and possibly take action to hire an elementary teacher. I'll make a motion to hire an elementary teacher.
Member Babcock: Second.
Clerk Dauphin: Simmons? (Yes), Babcock? (Yes), Morris? (Yes).
