The Alva Board of Adjustments will hold a regular meeting Monday at 6 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall.

The only item on the agenda is discussion and a vote on variance from the city’s zoning requirements. The Brady Family Trust is requesting a variance in order to increase their lot coverage to allow for a larger carport at 116 Elm St.
