We could not attend the pow wow because of family reunions and Alva stuff. Phil said it was a good pow wow with a lot of attendees. It was a short visit to Alva because they had been out nearly a month and Phil was missing his trees and plants, so they left Sunday about noon after visiting Jo Ann Cole at the rest home. Friend Barbara Faulkner went with Karee to the Nescatunga Arts Festival on Saturday morning and both had a good time in spite of the rain. I did not attend, but every time I drove by there was a good crowd.
