Tulsa sheriff's office has $3M in legal fees since 2011

 


TULSA, Okla. (AP) — The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office has accumulated $3 million in legal fees since 2011 from the use of several outside law firms.

A county records analysis by the Tulsa World (http://bit.ly/2rnqTj2 ) shows the sheriff's office primarily used four law firms from 2011 through mid-May of this year to handle cases.

Sheriff Vic Regalado, who's been in office for just over a year, inherited most of the litigation from Stanley Glanz's previous administration.
