Kenny and Tina Shafer, Alva, are pleased to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Emily Morgan Shafer, to Baysil James Prather, son of Jeff and Rhonda Prather, Mooreland, and Tara Crow of Woodward. Emily is the granddaughter of Allen and Pat Shafer, Richard Kutz and Pat Shafer, David and Lyn Lyon, all of Alva, and the late Del Lyon. Baysil is the grandson of Anne Prather and the late Dan Prather Sr., Mooreland, and Charlotte North and the late Bill North of Woodward.
