All WCIDA buildings rented

Wednesday morning, June 13, members of the Woods County Industrial Development Authority heard from Sonja Williams, executive director, that the three buildings owned by the authority are now rented.
The Waynoka Incubator building, which has been empty for several months, has been rented to Centurion Artificial Lift, LLC, which creates unique oil field pumps. The firm gets a break on rent because they will be working with Northwest Technology Center's incubator program. Rent starts out at $875 per month and will increment upwards to $2,500 over a couple of years. They have about three employee...
