Cherokee man arrested after domestic altercation

 


A Cherokee man has been charged with domestic assault and battery after another man was injured. According to court records, on May 27 about 12:24 a.m. Cherokee Police Officer William Irvin was contacted by the Alfalfa County Sheriff’s Department and was told he was needed at 113 W. Sixth St. where Charles Garner had fallen through a window and had some large cuts on his neck.

When he arrived, Irvin saw Curtis Kimminau sitting on the porch of the residence. Alfalfa County Deputy TJ Rockenbach was inside assisting Garner who was sitting on the side of his bed.
