The county commissioners approved road crossing permits for Rodco and SemGas. Part of the road crossings will be for the long 60-mile pipeline being laid from southern Woods County to near Seiling.

Six-month bids arrived and had not been opened. The commissioners voted to have the clerk's secretary to open, list and organize the best bids. They did the same with ballot bids. They will be opened by the election board clerk and a recommendation will be brought to the commissioners later.
