Advised deputy. Deputy en route. Deputy made contact with subject by the road graders. Deputy with an adult female.

11:32 a.m. RP advised an ambulance was needed for a male with an altered mental status due to medication. Paged Helena ambulance and Carmen first responders. Medic en route to Share Medical Center in Alva.
