Alva woman charged with drug possession

 


An Alva woman was arrested on possession of marijuana and methamphetamine after a search warrant was served at her residence.

Peyton Victoria Frittz, 21, of Alva was charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine) and possession of controlled dangerous substance (marijuana), both felonies. The charges were filed June 20.

According to court records, the search warrant was served on May 20 about 6 p.m. at 1020 Locust St. in Alva. Frittz was in the residence. The other resident, Carson Delong, was already in custody of the Woods County Sheriff’s Office.
