Thirty nine young actors will take center stage at ACT I Theatre on June 28, 29 and 30 in a musical theatre adaptation of one of the world's best-loved comic strips, "Little Orphan Annie." Adapted from the Tony Award-winning Best Musical, with a book and score by Thomas Meehan, Charles Strouse and Martin Charnin, "Annie, Jr." features the irrepressible little redhead in an adventure of a lifetime in New York City.

As an infant, Annie is abandoned on the front steps of the New York City Municipal Orphanage, run by the overly strict and sometimes cruel Miss Hannigan. All she has to remember her...
