7:35 a.m. Reporting party (RP) advised a black cow out in the ditch near the bottom of a hill. Dispatch called possible livestock owners and they were going to check on the cow.

11:34 a.m. Controlled burn north of the Carmen water town.

12:55 p.m. Cherokee Manor advised a male had passed out and needed to be taken to St. Mary's Hospital in Enid.

2:27 p.m. Controlled burn on County Road 560 and Greer.

3:58 p.m. RP advised there were two large dogs in a crate in full sun that appeared to be in bad shape and would like an officer to go and check on the dogs. There were two vehicles parked in the driveway. Deputy notified and advised when partner arrives they will go check it out.

4:38 p.m. 911 call, RP was very upset because her child was swimming at the Carmen swimming pool and went under the water and could have drowned, if an adult had not jumped into the water and brought her child back up to the surface. The mother was told all the lifeguards on duty were looking at their phones instead of watching the children in the pool When the RP asked who they could talk to about this incident, no information was provided. Advised deputy, who made contact with the RP.

4:42 p.m. Controlled burn at County Road 580 and Ellis.

6:02 p.m. Controlled burn at Alfalfa County and Major County line.

6:41 p.m. Major County advised they had received a call about possible controlled burn that might be out of control. Major County advised they would send Cleo Springs Fire Department. Aline Fire Department en route.

6:56 p.m. RP wanted to report a domestic disturbance in progress outside United that just happened in front of her daughter. Advised officer. Officer with the subjects.

7:33 p.m. RP advised he was assaulted by a female in Carmen. Advised deputies.

7:56 p.m. Controlled burn at Aline Road and Highway 58.

10:34 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop south of Cherokee Jiffy Trip. Deputy performing standard field sobriety test. Deputy advised the individual stated he would take the state test. Deputy en route to Share Medical Center in Alva.

7:02 a.m. Medic and Burlington first responders needed for a female with fistula incision opening. Paged medic. Medic with patient en route to St. Mary's Hospital in Enid.

10:09 a.m. Controlled burn at Logan and County Road 640.

10:31 a.m. RP advised someone tore up one of the rooms at the motel. They needed to make a report. Advised officer. He will check officer request welfare check in Jet. Advised sheriff. All was okay.

3:06 p.m. Officer needed assistance at City Hall. Advised two people there about a domestic. Deputy en route.

4:48 p.m. Civil papers served.

6:22 p.m. RP stated there were two black cows two miles south of the correction line on the Jet blacktop. Possible owner contacted.

7:33 p.m. Alarm company advised of a burglar alarm going off by the front door. Advised the home owner. He advised he was just a few miles from there and he will take care it and to disregard it.

7:47 p.m. Officer at Fifth Street and Colorado with threatening act of violence report.

8:13 p.m. Civil papers served.

8:18 p.m. RP advised of a calf out 34 miles east of Cozy Curve.

8:33 p.m. Controlled burn at junction of highways 412 and 58.

9:35 p.m. RP advised seven calves out on Bryan Road between county roads 680 and 690.

7:25 a.m. Civil papers served.

7:45 a.m. RP advised someone has stolen things from his vehicle in the night. Advised officer. He took report.

11:18 a.m. Controlled burn at County Road 540 and Hughes.

1:26 p.m. Controlled burn at Highway 58, north of Amorita.

1:49 p.m. Controlled burn at County Road 740 and Highway 45.

1:55 p.m. Civil papers service.

3:30 p.m. Medic needed at James Crabtree Correction Center for inmate involved in a fight, who was bleeding from wounds. Medic en route. Medic with patient en route to St. Mary's Hospital in Enid.

4:58 p.m. Officer had a traffic stop at 11th Street and Ohio.

4:29 p.m. RP advised of a red pickup with a silver box with people in the back and the driver was drinking. Advised they just turned west on Main Street in Carmen.

5:07 p.m. Civil papers served.

7:34 p.m. Controlled burn on County Road 700 between Choctaw and Cimarron.

11:35 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop.

11:41 p.m. Officer had a traffic stop one-half mile south of Cherokee.

12:44 a.m. RP advised there were black cattle out about 4.5 miles south of Cherokee.

1:29 a.m. RP stated she needed to take trash out but there was someone outside her house. Wanted an officer. Advised officer. Officer advised everything was okay.

9:15 a.m. RP advised of a black Honda going 65 mph one-half mile west of Aline and one-half mile north. Advised deputy.

12:23 p.m. RP advised there was a brush fire starting up again, 8 miles west of Cherokee on Greer Road and County Road 530. CFD en route. Fire out and headed back to station.

3:58 p.m. Officer had a traffic stop.

4:14 p.m. RP advised a cow out out and in the road. Left message with possible owner.

5:09 p.m. RP advised the neighbor's two dogs are out without a leash. Officer spoke with a neighbors and they have the dogs penned up.

6:06 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop at Highway 11 and just west of County Road 640.

6:58 p.m. RP advised there are longhorns out. Advised the owner.

7:13 p.m. Man advised there was calves out on Highway 11. Called possible owner. They think it may be theirs so will go and check it out.

8:06 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop.

8:57 p.m. RP called for an officer to help with a manic person who won't get into the car. Advised officer. Officer advised person dropped off at home.

10:32 p.m. Officer had a traffic stop Main and Ohio.

4:01 a.m. Alarm company advised a motion detector alarm was going off inside a residence. Attempted to contact homeowner and the line was busy. Contacted officer about the situation. Alarm company requested it to be canceled.

9:28 a.m. RP advised she needed an ambulance. She was having heart palpitations. Paged Helena medic and Carmen Fire Department. Medic with patient en route to Bass Hospital in Enid.

11:18 a.m. RP advised her children's father showed up at her job and threatened to take the kids away from her. RP advised he was not there at the moment and she didn't have a protective order. The kids were at a friend's house across the street from the Jiffy Trip and her parents were on the way from Alva to pick up the kids. Advised deputy. Deputy en route to Jet. Deputy made contact with other party and served the emergency protective order.

11:59 a.m. Controlled burn on Highway 11 and County Road 650.

12:41 p.m. RP advised of a break at the Vapor Store on Ohio. Advised officer.

1:21 p.m. RP advised of someone parking on his grass. He can't get his car out. People were selling things in the yard. Advised officer.

1:37 p.m. RP reported an aggressive pit bull dog in her yard. Officer in the 400 block of Colorado. Officer advised the dog had been taken care of and the owners were located and the dogs penned up.

2:32 p.m. RP advised of three horses loose on Second Street across from the pool. RP advised they were worked up. Called possible owner. Officer advised all the owners in the corral.

4:32 p.m. Residential alarm going off. Attempted to contact home owner. Negative contact. Officer advised everything was okay.

6:25 p.m. Officer had a traffic stop.

7:45 p.m. 911 call, they heard yelling. Dispatch couldn't understand what she was saying. Then she passed the phone to another female who was just as hard to understand. They hung up when asked to verify the address. 911 call, from the same person advised she was fine and not to send the cops. Dispatch advised deputy and he said he would check it out.

7:58 a.m. RP advised a female was having trouble breathing. Paged medic. Medic en route. Medic with patient en route to Share Medical Center in Alva. Medic advised there was an odor of gas coming from outside of the residence. CFD en route. CFD advised the leak had been located at the meter between the two residences. Advised CFD that ONG had been notified and en route.

9:21 p.m. RP advised she was concerned about her cousin who lived in Carmen. He was recently released from a hospital in Norman and he hadn't returned her call. RP would like someone to check on him. RP called back advised her cousin had called her and he was okay.

1:21 p.m. RP advised of three head of black cattle on Harper Road and County Road 630.

3:29 p.m. Controlled burn 4 miles east of the four four-way stop north of Cherokee.

5:38 p.m. Advised of a cow out and going between the ditch and middle of the highway at County Road 690 and Highway 64. Called possible owner.

6:36 p.m. Cherokee Manor called for a transport for male to St. Mary's Hospital. Advised he had an allergic reaction to antibiotics and still needed them. Medic with patient en route to St. Mary's Hospital in Enid.

7:12 p.m. RP called in to report a white Tahoe had passed him as he was turning into his driveway. He had to slam on the brakes to avoid hitting the Tahoe. Notified officer.

3:15 a.m. Alarm monitoring called about an intruder alarm going off inside the store. Contacted officer, advised of the situation. Alarm company called back and said to cancel the alarm. Notified officer.

5:42 a.m. Cherokee Manor called for a transport for a male experiencing chest pains, high blood pressure, high pulse rate needed to be taken to the ER for evaluation. Medic with patient en route to Share Medical Center in Alva.
