NWOSU Football Coach Matt Walter spoke to the Alva Kiwanis Club this past week about the upcoming football season. When asked how many players he has, most Kiwanians were shocked to hear he has 150 on the roster. All but about 30 of those are in Alva already and the rest will be coming in once July hits. Walter also noted that because the conference is so large, there will be no non-conference games.
