SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — Dixie State University in southern Utah is under federal investigation for allegedly mishandling a sexual harassment complaint.
The Salt Lake Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/2u8n1F9 ) that the U.S. Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights said it is focusing on whether the school properly handled a sexual harassment complaint lodged by a former student.
Dixie State officials said in a statement that they are cooperating with the investigation but declined to comment on the case.
